Fairbanks
Fairbanks is positioned on the edge of a working farm and is a newly renovated “upside down” house, providing spacious living for up to 10 people.
As you enter the house on the ground floor you will find four of the five bedrooms one of which has en-suite facilities, with the others sharing the very modern family bathroom, also on this floor. The fifth bedroom is on the first floor, again with en-suite facilities. Each bedroom has a smart TV and stunning views. Two of the bedrooms have super-king zip and link beds which can turn into singles (giving 4 singles beds altogether). These are both downstairs, one being the en-suite room.

Accommodation
Up the stairs and you walk directly in to the dining area which has a lovely large dining table with seating for 10. French doors open out onto a large balcony area where you can sit in the sun and take in the fabulous views of the surrounding country side. There is a spiral staircase from the balcony which takes you down to the outside dining area and garden.
The dining room is open plan to the kitchen which is extremely well equipped with all the mod-cons and granite worktops. There is a dishwasher, wine fridge, under counter fridge and separate fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a separate living room area off the dining room, with comfy sofas and chairs, and again with a large smart TV and woodburner.
Through the door off to the side of the living room and you will find a clockroom and the fifth bedroom.
This bedroom has sliding patio doors which lead out to another balcony area which provides a separate space for you to maybe sit and have breakfast away from the rest of the house, or a nice glass of wine in the evening.
From this balcony you will find a spiral staircase down to the garden area.

With extremely comfortable accommodation Fairbanks has air-source underfloor heating throughout and offers modern services complimented by free wireless broadband internet access throughout.
